The Human Resources Department is an independent structural unit subordinated directly to the Director of the Institute. The department employs experienced HR specialists who are constantly improving their knowledge of modern legislation and HR skills.
The main tasks of the HR Department of the Institute are
- recruitment and placement of qualified personnel;
- documentation of labour relations;
- development of the Institute’s staffing table;
- control over the development of job descriptions;
- maintaining personal files of employees;
- ensuring the maintenance of personal and statistical records of all categories of employees;
- registration of orders.
