The Sector operates as part of the Laboratory of feed additives and premixes control and is accredited as part of the Trial Centre to conduct tests to determine the presence of mycotoxins in agricultural products, including food (finished and unprocessed) and feed. The tests are carried out by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to determine the following indicators:
- Mycotoxins content: ochratoxin A, aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, G2, aflatoxin M1, T-2 toxin, zearalenone, deoxynivalenol, fumonisin;
- Allergens: gluten, gliadin (ELISA);
- Vitamins: B12 (cyanocobalamin), B7 (biotin).
Based on the results of the analysis, the Customer is issued a Test Report indicating the actual value in relation to the regulatory indicators regulated by the legislation of Ukraine.
The analysis is carried out by qualified specialists within 3-6 working days (depending on the number of indicators).
